  • I don’t believe in overbuilding, over-hiring, or overcomplicating growth — especially for early-stage, scrappy teams.

    I’m strategic, but I like rolling my sleeves up and getting things done. Small budgets and big ambitions are my favorite combination. My work is grounded in prioritization, honest feedback, and momentum. In early-stage environments, you have to move fast — but with real focus.
