About
Portrait of Lauren Pire-Vocell

I've owned the number. That changes how I consult.

I've run growth inside venture-backed SaaS startups, regulated healthcare platforms, two-sided marketplaces, and consumer brands doing $500K a week through email. Different industries, same job: find what actually moves revenue, kill what doesn't, and be the person accountable for the difference.

Background

The short version

  • VP of Marketing at a venture-backed gig-economy marketplace and at Secure Senior Connections (regulated healthcare): full-funnel growth, seven-figure budgets, and team leadership
  • Built a self-serve SMB acquisition engine from zero, including team, experimentation framework, and KPI stack, driving a 35%+ monetization increase (Flock)
  • Earlier: built email and lifecycle programs at scale, 3.2M subscribers at CheapFlights, $500K/week in email revenue at Shoes.com, $1M in incremental quarterly revenue at Endurance International Group
  • Founder of Neighh, a two-sided marketplace I built and market myself. I've spent my own money on growth, which makes me careful with yours
  • Based in Boxford, MA; elected member of the local school committee, which is its own masterclass in stakeholder management
How I work
01

Direct.

If something isn't working, I'll say so early. That's what you're paying for.

02

Hands-on.

I'd rather fix the flow than write a memo about the flow. I've led senior channel operators and presented growth strategy at the board level, same instinct either way.

03

Anti-bloat.

No overbuilding, no over-hiring, no 40-slide decks. Small budgets and big ambitions are my favorite combination.

Tell me what's not working.
